The products are not returnable considering the hygiene we need to maintain. In proven case of damaged or wrong delivery, we can provide appropriate resolution of replacement or refund on case to case basis. The final discretion would be by Bodycraft Spa & Salon.
Product return is acceptable for the following reasons (on a case to case basis):

Product has been sold at a price more than the MRP.

Product is within one month of/beyond expiry date.

Product packaging is damaged/leaking at the time of sale (manufacturing defect)

Pre-sale consultation: Wrong product delivered.
The product would have to be returned within a timeline of 3 days, in a sealed, unused, and undamaged condition.
The return options includes:

Salon credits to be redeemed at the Bodycraft Spa & Salon

Product exchange; wherein if there is a difference in value, which is higher than the original amount, the difference would have to be paid.
